About

Making sellers ready for the agents that are already buying

We build PairRail Atlas so approved pricing and access can live in a form machines can consume. When software starts shopping on a company’s behalf, that truth cannot live only in PDFs and inbox threads.

Why we exist

Mission

Give every seller full control over how machines discover, quote, and buy from them.

Turn fragmented pricing, packaging, and access into governed commercial truth that sellers own.

Vision

Software buying software with the same rigor as human enterprise commerce.

Machine purchases that stay approved, auditable, and on rails sellers control, even as buying protocols version, fork, or get replaced.

What guides us

Commitments that shape what we ship

  • 01 Seller-side first We build for the teams who set and own the prices, not a marketplace for buyer agents. Structured seller offers make machine purchasing safer.
  • 02 Evidence over hype Readiness, provenance, and live status beat a logo wall. If a catalog is not ready, the mark says so.
  • 03 Publish-ready extracts Messy price books become catalogs operators can ship: clean structure, conflicts surfaced early, and readiness scored before live rails see them.
  • 04 Focus, then expand Win with API-first and AI-native product teams first. Extend packaging to marketplaces, distributors, and network sellers later, without changing the core.

Anish Posim Reddy

Founder, PairRail

Anish spent several years building production ML and data platforms: pricing systems, deal infrastructure, and agent-facing APIs. Working inside those systems, he kept seeing the same gap. Models were getting better at asking commercial questions, while sellers still answered with PDFs, rate cards, and Slack threads built for human deal desks.

He started PairRail to close that gap. The work now is making PairRail the default commercial control plane for sellers who deal with machine customers, through the craft, pace, and resilience it takes to ship infrastructure operators actually trust.
